I'm very happy this week because we had just finished all our lessons in math for this grading. Although this grading had been difficult for me to cope up because I'm not very good in probability and it's my weakness. Maybe the reason for that is because I'm not good in analyzing word problems so I don't know what method to use in order to solve it. Despite all of that I can assure you that if you give me some numerical problems, I can surely solve it well.
We had no quiz this week and I'm very delighted about it because it was only once in a blue moon that things like these happen in our math class. This week was also the first week anniversary of my phone being broken. I am sad because I can't still find the money in order to get my phone's screen fixed. Maybe I'll just fix it in summer because I still have a lot of things to buy and it's not my priority. My money has still a lot of things worth saving and buying for.
This Friday's activity was fun and vigorous yet very exhausting. We had a probability activity based on real life and my favorite part there was the last one. The final segment was like the game of the generals instead the pieces are us and we must run and rip the paper attached at the back containing the name of all the other members in order to win the game. I was assigned as the general and according to the rule the general is allowed to catch any of the lower ranks below him but here is one thing, the lowest rank, the soldier, is allowed to catch the general and when this happens your whole team is out. As a result the pressure in on me because I must not be caught by the generals or the soldiers of the other groups if I don't want our team to be out. Our group and Arnold's group was the last two men standing. I was very unlucky that time not because it is Friday the 13th but because Magoo, my soldier was already caught very early so I had no one to rely on and no one there to protect and help me catch the other group's general and soldier instead of myself.
As Dana counted 1 to 5, the game started. I already knew that Adrian and Arnold is the general and the soldier of the opposing side respectively. So as they tried to catch me, I began to run but instead of forward backwards because I don't want the paper in my back to ripped because we would lose. When they were now 3 meters away from me, I run faster but as I run I didn't notice that there was a parked car behind me so I got hit by car and I got caught. I didn't expect that they would be that desperate to catch me. I could still remember in there eyes and faces that they like hungry growling tiger eager to mercilessly kill the lone weak deer. In the end, I was not offended the way they tried to catch me. Although my other classmates had reach to the point that others will be hurt just to have high grades. Maybe that's just how the game works. It's kill or be killed.
To sum up, the game was fun and I really enjoyed it even though it's very tiring but the pain is all worth it. We got second place so our grade is 97. I hope that my classmates who had been offended by the way they were caught will forgive the ones who did that to them. That all for now. Next week will a hell week for us. It will be our test day. I'm looking forward to share my stories with you again. See you soon. Bye for now.
